This podcast examines the realities of clinical practice. We explore what makes good therapy through the perspectives of both therapists and clients. We speak honestly about power, harm, supervision, adverse career events, and the cost of this work, while also making space for what actually helps, what repairs, and what makes therapy meaningful for the people on both sides of the room. Our mission is to create a space where therapists can think critically, reflect openly, and examine the gray areas of the profession without shame, while staying accountable to the lived experiences of clients.
Through honest conversations with both therapists and clients, we examine what makes therapy helpful and what it means to take responsibility in this work.
This podcast is for therapists who want to think critically, stay open to feedback, and engage the nuance of practice—while remaining accountable to the people they serve.
