An enso is a hand-drawn circle that captures a moment when the mind is free to let the body create. If the ring is open, it signifies movement and development; if the circle is closed, it signifies perfection. Our goal of therapy is to create space for movement and growth.

Enso Counseling was started in Denver in 2016 by social worker Ashley Charbonneau. We have locations in Lakewood and Colorado Springs, and now have additional therapists on staff:
