Khara Croswaite Brindle, LPC, ACS, CFT-I and Erika Johnson, PsyD, LP, BC-TMH, CCATP, ACS offer services to support therapists experiencing confidential grief, which is described as the secrecy of mental health professionals' pain and grief when losing a client to suicide because feel we cannot talk about it.

Ashley is accepting individual supervisees on a limited basis. She is not running supervision groups at this time, but we highly recommend seeking group supervision with Jenny Gennaro, LCSW, ACS: https://www.gennarocounseling.com/

Ashley is an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) and an approved ACS trainer. Over the course of her career, she has had a handful of supervisors who inspired her, challenged her, created a safe place for her to grow, and encouraged her to explore her style as a clinician. They educated her about how larger social justice issues play out in systems and impact our individual clients. Her goal is to provide this education, support, and supervision for the next generation of social workers. She helps supervisees explore their own values, beliefs, and biases to ensure they are able to be non-judgmental and open-minded with all clients. Her clinical supervision helps social workers feel confident and competent working with clients and stakeholders, sharpen clinical skills, and understand how individuals function within larger systems. She places an emphasis on processing issues of transference, countertransference, and boundary violations.
