Individual Therapy

We provide individual therapy for adolescents and adults who experience a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma, substance misuse or abuse, poor self-esteem, isolation, and unhealthy sexual behavior. We take a client-focused approach, meeting clients where they are and helping them identify their own goals for therapy. We are non-judgmental and compassionate. We utilize a strengths-based approach, a trauma-informed lens, and evidenced-based treatment modalities. We support, affirm, and celebrate all genders and sexual orientations.

If you need immediate assistance, do not feel safe, or are experiencing a mental health emergency, please go to your nearest emergency room or Walk In Crisis Center, contact the Colorado Crisis and Support Line at 844-493-TALK (8255), or call 911.

Please note, we do not offer emergency services or have 24-hour availability.

EMDR

We are EMDR trained. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a researched, effective therapy method proven to help people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and panic disorders. EMDR therapy does not require talking in detail about the distressing issue or completing homework between sessions. EMDR therapy allows the brain to resume its natural healing process and is designed to resolve unprocessed traumatic memories in the brain. This therapy may be used within a standard talking therapy, as an adjunctive therapy with a separate therapist, or as a treatment by itself.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure you save a copy of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprise or call 1.800.985.3059. This is effective 01/01/2022.
