Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Letters

There are many treatments for people experiencing mental health symptoms, including a variety of therapeutic modalities. An emotional support animal (ESA) can offer support and relief for those struggling with symptoms related to anxiety, depression, phobias, and trauma. The human-animal bond can create lasting social, emotional, and spiritual changes. People whose specific symptoms are treated by the presence of an animal may qualify for an ESA letter, as long as their licensed mental health provider recommends it. Esme Yarnell, LCSW, writes ESA letters following a consult/evaluation process to determine eligibility.

Cost: $150 for a one-hour consultation/evaluation, and $50 for the ESA Letter
